(1) The Government of Nepal shall constitute an Insurance Rate Advisory Committee with the following members to provide necessary advice and suggestions to the committee in relation to fixing the insurance rate of the insurance business:- (a) Chairman, Insurance Committee - Chairman (b) Nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the heads of insurance companies Three members - Member (c) Secretary, Insurance Committee - Member - Secretary (2) The meeting procedure of the advisory committee will be as determined by the committee itself. (3) The work, duties and rights of the advisory committee will be as specified.
